From the moment we could attend school, we have been told that we could be anything we want to be. However, we are never told how. We all have the power of I am within us, but not everyone knows how to recognize it and use it. None of us know what is going on in each other's head. All we can do is assume, but we all must know what is going on in our own heads because knowing our thoughts means knowing who we are. We can never succeed in life if we do not know who we are. The Power Of I Am is a collection of I-Am poems targeted at different people who might be going or have gone through some tough situations in life and feel as if nobody understands him/her. Trends come and go, but if we know who we are, we will not.
